TrueNorth Support Services are committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and clients. We strictly adhere to national guidelines and necessary measures to protect the safety of clients, support workers, and the community. 

We put the safety on top of our priority list and maintain strict hygiene rules while performing our job. We follow temperature checks, monitor symptoms, and manage social distancing while arranging group activities or programs. The awareness, practice, and monitoring help us achieve the desired level of safety and well-being of our support staff and clients.

We are conducting face-to-face interactive sessions with individuals and groups to assist in the following:

  • Essential support such as shopping, visiting doctors, banking activities, etc.
  • In-home activity support
  • Online program participation
  • Outdoor exercise and recreational activities
  • Involve in community affairs

 

Visitor Policy

As per health and safety guidelines and to protect the TrueNorth Support Services support staff and clients, visitors attending our offices will have their temperature checked and will answer the following questions at the time of entry.

 

  1. Are you feeling unwell? If so, do you have a cough, a fever, or shortness of breath? Is someone you live with unwell or displaying any of these symptoms?
  2. Have you, or someone you live with, returned from overseas within the last 14 days?
  3. Have you recently come into contact with someone who has been diagnosed with coronavirus by a doctor or asked to self-isolate?
